Patrick has worked in the data analytics field for 25years across retail, FMCG, financial services and management consulting. He has used data to support businesses in a wide range of areas, from building customer segmentations to help businesses expand into new areas to developing models to predict the number of returns pallets to be delivered across Europe.  He currently leads customer insight & analysis in QVC’s forEuropean markets
